New Framework on Personal Data Protection in Business. Why Ukrainian companies should be concerned?

26 April, 2018, IFA Ukraine organized its educating seminar dedicated to the topic of Personal Data Protection, titled “New Framework on Personal Data Protection in Business. Why Ukrainian companies should be concerned?”

The seminar was focused on GDPR key facts and readiness of Ukraine, GDPR effect on Ukrainian business and secrets of its proper adaptation, as well as practical aspects of data protection in Ukraine.

The Seminar panel was joined by Anna Pushkaryova, Tax and Legal Advisor and Country Director of Eurofast in Georgia, Natalia Kirichenko, Senior Associate at the Kyiv office of DLA Piper, Tetiana Slabko, Associate of Arzinger IP practice, Valeria Dyachenko, Senior associate of Juscutum, Ario Dehghani, Head of the Compliance and EU law practices of Redcliffe Partners. Natalia Blazhivska, Judge, Vice-president of the Ukrainian Association of the Administrative Judges and Oleksandr Maydanyk, Counsel, EPAP Ukraine, board member of IFA Ukraine were moderators of the seminar.
