challenged young lawyers, economists and scholars to theoretically and/or
practically contribute to the study and advancement of international taxation
in Ukraine.

as well as furthered IFA Ukraine commitment to honouring excellence in the area
of international tax research.
Based on
Jury estimation, the 1000 EUR prize winner is Sergiy Melnyk,
Associate at Salans, who beat the competition with his distinctive
paper onApplication of Non-Discrimination Clause in Ukrainian Tax
Treaties.
