Best Publication Award 2009

The award is seeking for a talented work addressing international fiscal matters, i.e. comparative or local fiscal law with the focus on cross-border taxation.

Competition Rules are as follows:

• Lawyers, accountants and economists (including students) under 35 years are eligible to apply, irrespectively of IFA Ukraine Membership admittance.
• The paper must not have been published more than 2 years previously.
• Only one-author papers may be submitted for consideration.
• Number of pages restricted to 10 pages (Times New Roman, 12, 1.5) 
• The Jury (IFA Ukraine Board Members) will only accept an original work making either a theoretical or a practical contribution to the study of the effects of taxation in regards to international taxation or comparative tax law.
• Papers entered for the Award should be submitted with 6 (hard) copies in English on or before the October 30 2009.
• The winner will be granted a 1000 EUR prize.
• Winner’s paper will be posted on the IFA Ukraine web-site, as well as published in IFA Ukraine Tax Bulletin.
